WE CARE ABOUT HOW THE WORLD SEES YOU

Cost & ROI Questions:
-
While fleet wraps and graphics may cost a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars, the cost can be affected by many factors. This can include the quality of graphic film used, the amount of coverage, and the size of the vehicle.
-
-
Different industries may see different returns on their fleet wrap investment. We have had customers claim a wrap paid for itself within a few weeks whereas others have expressed it took longer. Several factors may affect the ROI including the quality of the design, the amount of coverage of the wrap on the vehicle, and how often the vehicle is out on the road or parked in a highly visible area. What is true is that we have never had a customer regret their investment in their fleet wrap.
-
-
Though it is always wise to consult a tax professional, at a federal level, vehicle and fleet wraps should be tax deductible. This should also apply at a state level but please check with your tax professional.

-
Several studies have been done that continue to reveal that fleet wraps offer the least cost per impression when compared to traditional advertising. A recent study found that fleet graphics advertising costs can be as low as $0.48 per thousand impressions compared to other regular outdoor advertising costing $3.56 per thousand impressions or newspapers at $19.70. Keep in mind that fleet wraps offer 24/7 advertising. After the initial wrap cost, you no longer continue to pay for the wrap each time it goes on the road.
-
-
Several factors can affect commercial vehicle wrap pricing. A premium wrap with a longer life will cost more upfront than an economy wrap designed for shorter term use. Depending on your marketing strategy, it may not be cost effective to get a long-term wrap when you know it only needs to last a few years or less.
-
Coverage also affects the pricing. A simple decal set on some doors will cost far less than a full wrap. However, the effectiveness of the advertising spend may be vastly different too. It may cost more long term to do less on the vehicle due to the lost marketing opportunities and possible missed revenue.
-
Business Impact & Performance:
-
Studies have found that advertising on vehicles may reach up to 95% of Americans with a single wrap generating between 30,000 and 80,000 impressions per day. 96% of people surveyed felt the fleet graphics were more effective than billboards. Additionally, 98% of those surveyed felt it conveyed a more positive image of the brand and was easier to remember.
-
An additional study found that 64% of US residents over the age of 16 noticed a wrapped vehicle in the previous month with 44% of those noticing it in the previous week, pointing to effective wraps making a positive and memorable impact to those viewing them

Fleet wraps can certainly increase sales and leads. We have had many customers come back to us with praise in how they received calls and activated business specifically from people seeing their wrapped fleet vehicle.
-
-
Fleet wraps can help you compete with larger companies. They offer an easy, cost-effective way to get your brand out there in front of your local community and potential customers at a cost the same or better than even larger companies pay. You can also use wraps to reach people that larger companies may not be reaching due to your immediate proximity and ability to be nimble as a smaller business. Additionally, with wraps being so effective, you don’t necessarily need a large marketing budget to get your name out there, generating more business.
-
-
We often recommend asking how people hear about you. Many clients have said they get calls where the individual says they saw their company vehicle parked on the street or driving around, subsequently deciding to call.
-
Additionally, standard vehicle wraps last 4-7 years on average. The effectiveness of the wrap should be considered over this period. If a commercial vehicle wrap pays for itself at least once, it has been effective already. We anticipate vehicles wraps to pay for themselves many times over, making them highly effective marketing tools for your business.
-
-
Any industry that uses a vehicle as part of business operations can see positive results from fleet wraps. This can include service industries, construction, transportation, shipping or courier companies, the food industry, home care, ambulances, schools, and more.
-
Design & Branding:
-
We design fleet wraps to offer clear concise messaging that offers the biggest impact for the few seconds you have to make an impression. An eye catching yet easy to understand design is key. We understand the key areas on vehicles that offer the best location for messaging and branding. We want to ensure your key messaging easily seen along with contact information for your business.
-
-
If your vehicles all represent your brand then the design should carry through to all vehicles to some degree. That said, if some vehicles are fully wrapped, it doesn’t mean all need to be. A supervisor for an ambulance company doesn’t want to look like an ambulance but should look like they are part of the ambulance company. The specific use of the vehicle may determine the final look of the wrap. However, the vehicles ought to look visually connected to the overall brand. We take time to consider the vehicle usage while keeping brand consistency across all vehicles that will be branded
-
-
Your branding is key to any commercial vehicle wrap. We want the vehicle to look like your brand. Messaging about what you do is highly important. People ought to know right away what you do when looking at your vehicle wrap. Contact information is critical to make it easy for people to reach out to you. Adding something memorable is highly important. We want your vehicle to stand out, so people remember it.
-
-
If you have a brand guide, we love to work from those to ensure we stay on brand. We consider how you have branded other areas of your company and seek to keep consistency. If someone sees your website and then your van on the road, it is important they can connect the two together. We take color consistency very seriously and understand the critical role it plays in effective branding. If your key color is Pantone 485 C red, and shows that way on your website, then we want to ensure it shows that way on your vehicle too. Our experienced design team takes time to research your brand and understand how to make your fleet wrap effectively advertise your company
-
-
Yes. This is part of what makes wraps so effective in that they can be applied to almost any vehicle in almost any location on the vehicle. Our design team accounts for the different vehicle types, the shapes of them, and how to effectively use the available space on each unique vehicle to represent your brand and messaging.
-
Installation & Timeline:
-
A single vehicle wrap can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on the size of it and the complexity of the wrap
-
-
Our goal is to make wrapping your fleet as easy and seamless as possible. While we require time with the vehicle to wrap it, we want to ensure your operations are minimally disrupted, if at all. We offer flexible schedules to help install the wraps around the use of your vehicles.
-
-
For full wraps, installation at our facility is highly recommended. We also offer onsite installation services assuming a vehicle can be inside for the duration of the installation of a full wrap. Partial wraps or small decal work can often be done outside if the weather cooperates. Exceptions can always be discussed on a project by project basis.
-
-
Any time of year is a great time to wrap a commercial fleet vehicle. We also understand that various times throughout the year may be more convenient for you. We are always happy to work around any seasonality your business may have, if any.
-
Durability & Maintenance:
-
On average, a high-quality vehicle wrap will last 5-8 years. We recommend changing it in 4-7 years as it will cost less to remove and helps keep your vehicle looking fresher.
-
-
Wraps like to stay clean to last the longest. This also helps your branding look its best. Automatic car washes are not recommended as they will damage most wraps. Pressure washing is also not recommended as it can damage the film. Simply wash your vehicle regularly with a gentle washing solution. We offer 3M guidelines on all wrap care with each installed wrap.
-
-
Wraps are designed for 24/7 use. We encourage you to get that wrap working hard for you and your business.
-
-
Wraps can easily be repaired or replaced in the areas the vehicle suffers damage. Whether it is an insurance claim or repairing damage otherwise incurred, we are flexible and happy to assist in repairing your wrap to help it look like new again.
-
-
If wraps are kept in good condition and removed within the recommended period stated by the material manufacturer, wraps should keep good quality OEM paint like new underneath.
-
Practical Considerations:
-
If the OEM paint underneath the wrap is of good quality and well adhered to the vehicle, and if the wrap is removed within the manufacturer’s recommended time period, a fleet wrap can successfully be removed without damaging the paint. For example, on leased fleet vehicles which are often in service for 3-4 years, being that they were new when the wrap was installed, those fleet wraps are typically removed leaving a perfectly good paint job underneath.
-
-
We are not aware, nor have been informed, of any issues of vehicle manufacturer warranties being affected by fleet wraps.
-
-
Fleet wrap film manufacturers offer expected life ratings of their film products depending on where the vehicle is in service. Southern states or warmer states that get a lot of sun may experience shorter life on the fleet wraps than cooler northern states or states with less sun.
-
-
Yes, you can. We frequently wrap leased commercial vehicles, often working with the leasing companies directly. Many leasing companies may build the cost into the lease, including the logistics of getting the wrap work done.
-
-
A commercial fleet wrap can include design all the way to the print and installation of the wrap. If a design is already available, then we can take that and get it print ready and then off to installation.
